Seit 2013 ist bekannt, dass Rotax-Motoren in Kampfdrohnen verbaut sind. Die Türkei greift damit Rojava & PKK an, ebenso nutzen sie USA, Iran, Russland & Ukraine. Nun sind antiisraelische Aktivist*innen & FALTER draufgekommen, dass Israel auch Rotax-Motoren nutzt - jetzt Thema.

The Mohajer-6 is not entirely Iranian. Its propulsion relies on a Rotax 912 engine manufactured by BRP-Rotax in Austria, and its navigation and avionics reportedly incorporate Western-manufactured chips and modules. European components are inside the aircraft killing Sudanese civilians.

I flew over the Tetons using supplemental oxygen.
At Airventure it was featured at the Rotax booth.
On the way back I got to see Old Faithful at Yellowstone erupting.
