Johnny Gage and Roy DeSoto were best friends in the 1970’s TV show Emergency! And the actors who played them, Randolph Mantooth and Kevin Tighe, have been actual friends in real life to this day. ☺️💖

a digital painting of a man kneeling down, face next to a shaggy blonde dog looking up at him. He is wearing a blue dress shirt, black pants, and black shoes. He has dark hair and a pointed nose. Both he and the dog look happy to see each other Text underneath says “It’s just psychology. I use it all the time on Chet.” A digital painting of three people walking side by side: there are two men, both in blue dress shirts, black pants, with name tag and metal badges on either side of their chests and a yellow patch on their left arms. In between them is a short blonde woman wearing a vintage white nurse’s uniform. The man on the left has dark blonde hair, and is holding a black box in one hand. He is smiling at the other two. The woman has both hands in her pockets and has her eyes closed with a serene smile; she’s facing forward. The man on the right has one arm around her, and is smiling down at her. He has shaggy dark hair and a darker skin tone than the other two. There are little hearts floating in between him and the woman. A digital painting of a man suspended from a rope. He is wearing a blue dress shirt, black pants and shoes, and dark gloves. He is leaning back, almost as if lying flat; the pulley system is attached to his hips. His arms are below him, behind his back, and he’s straining to see as he uses a large pair of bolt cutters to cut further below on the rope. On the same rope a large chest is dangling, and on it reads the words “Lorenzo the Magnificent” in fancy lettering. A doodle page; all three of the previous images are present. The man kneeling with the dog is on the top left, the man suspended from the rope is at the top right corner, and the three people walking take up most of the space from the bottom right hand corner. There are also two small doodles of the same man that has been reappearing throughout the images; just two small sketches of his head and shoulders, below the man with the dog. In one, he looks aggravated, and is clearly chewing something. In the other, he is grinning mischievously. The sketch layer for all the previous images have also been overlayed atop the finished products.
