Russian electronics retailers have started selling iPhones as "defective device" because they can't come with RuStore pre-installed and if they are sold as working devices by the retailer there is a fine of 200 000 rubles for lacking RuStore.

у нас есть только номер телефона и ФИО
все
с этим "аккаунтом" нельзя никак взаимодействовать

в общем Rustore при входе создал дубликат VK ID(своровал номер телефона с ВК)

Advertising and distribution of VPNs are also banned, as is publishing ads on blocked social networks, and the MAX messenger and RuStore store will become mandatory on new smartphones.
