Unlike when Troll Grubs pupate into the humanoid forms we know them for, there's no cocoon, chrysalis, or anything of the like. In the case of a Troll like Rubedo, it's just a period where they have to stay still, then wriggle free of a shed skin. Super uncomfy and tme consuming, which is bad
