#FreeBSD 13.4 と #Ruby 3.4.1の組み合わせで 'make check'が通る所まで確認できました！

最終的には、

・ /etc/hosts から IPv6のlocalhostエントリを消す
・ Makefile(common.mk) のyes-test-allの末尾にダミーフラグを付ける

の2点の修正で済み、以前見かけた [Bug #18613] の不具合は13.3で直されていたようでした。

あとは、3.4以外のバージョンが'ruby'コマンドで実行される環境では微調整が必要になります（ハマった😅）。
