Oleg Deripaska, who absolutely is named in the Mueller Report, had to divest some of his ownership in RUSAL in order to have those sanctions lifted is also the man filmed, (released by Navalny,) accepting secret voter data on a yacht.

The last time Mitch was up for reelection, in Kentucky, he arranged to have sanctions lifted on a Russian aluminum company so they could promise to open a plant there. It helped him win but then never happened. RUSAL was pretty happy to still have that sanction lifted though.
