Rutba Stock keeps a business's product list, the stock it holds, and the purchases that bring more in.

Warehouse Control is the warehouse half of Rutba Inventory: where the stock sits, the paperwork that moves it, counts, losses and reordering.

Procurement is the buying half of Rutba Inventory: requests and their approvals, quotes from suppliers, contracts and prices, and the check that an order, its delivery and its bill agree.

A three minute film follows Northbank Trading, an invented wholesaler, through its stock, a warehouse laid out to the bin, a delivery received against its order, a draft purchase for what has run out, and the stock valued at cost.
