Rybnitsa cement plant is without gas and electricity

Today only employees involved in repairs went to work. The rest were left at home.

In the city of Rybnitsa in Transnistria, a bread factory has stopped due to lack of gas.
For over 30 years of "independence" they have not saved up money for electric ovens.
As a result, the factory is idle, there is no money to purchase alternative equipment, and its a humanitarian catastrophe.😭

Hey ho. Long ago in happier times, I visited Oryol in the company of a Russian colleagues. There's an important fossil locality in a quarry at nearby Rybnitsa.
