- Pakistan nationals will not be permitted travel to India under the SAARC visa exemptions.
- SPES visas to Pakistani nationals immediately cancelled, any Pakistani w/ SPES visa has 48 hours to leave India.
This will strain border checkpoints that aren't closed.
