A new (cloud) version #SAPEnableNow dropped on 5th June 2025. No release notes, so probably just 'bug fixes', but they have introduced new errors with this. E.g., if you change a user's role assignments, you get an email telling you your email has been changed. It has not. Case opened with SAP.

Glossary support in SAP Companion is a much-requested #SAPEnableNow feature - and it may finally be on its way. SAP seem to have built it into some of their standard help content. This could just be a small POC, but it certainly looks promising.

Now this update in 2411 I do like: Animation Controls are now transparent, which means you can see other content objects without having to shuffle them to the back. And it warns you if you haven't assigned a Target Object to the control yet. Thanks, #SAPEnableNow Developers!

#SAPEnableNow 2411 is now live. PSA for those who like to customize things:
* If you skinned your Manager, re-publish the UI resource
* If you customized the Next button, no impact/still works
* If you customized the training Certificate, re-customize collaborator.1033.txt (new texts in UI)

PSA for #SAPEnableNow cloud customers: Your system will be upgraded to 2411 starting TONIGHT. Make sure you have Finished Editing all objects before this happens. This shouldn't be necessary, but in 2406 all editing was cancelled during the upgrade, so it would be wise to err on the side of caution.

As of the 2411 release of #SAPEnableNow, when you create a new Workspace (f.k.a. Workarea) it will be pre-populated with a standard default structure, as shown here. Note that this does mean the Workspace takes a while longer to create.

It looks as though @SAP are renaming Workareas to Workspaces in the upcoming 2411 release of #SAPEnableNow. Not sure why, but OK. I wonder if they'll change all the references in links/URLs, parameters, etc. as well?
