Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), a SATS company, has secured a five-year contract with GEODIS at Brussels Airport, expanding a partnership that already includes cargo handling operations at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The agreement will see WFS provide freight forwarder handling services for the global logistics and supply chain solutions provider at one of Europe’s key air cargo gateways.

WFS will also take over existing customers from Wallenborn Outsourcing in Copenhagen from Wallenborn Transports.

WFS already holds cargo handling contracts with the airline in Belgium, Ireland, Netherlands, and Spain.

The brand refresh comes 18-months after SATS completed the acquisition of WFS.

WFS will consume over 400,000 litres of biofuel HVO 100 from Campus to support 82% GSE energy consumption.
