#SB153
As far is ICE is concerned, so far most of them have been duds. But with the passing of SB153 in North Carolina, we are gonna need to keep an eye on local cops and sheriffs and state patrol now, too.

So many things I almost added more images to this post. A lot of the updates today are long term fights, so remember to bring in/find/build a community to do the work with. Just don't do nothing.

Sometimes, I feel despair.

Just got a text from Siembra NC saying that NC passed SB153, which, from what I can understand, will team NC state troopers with ICE.

Why are so many people so cruel?

Utah SB153 changes voter privacy.

Your voter info may now be public by default—accessible by political groups, media, and even individuals.

SSN & driver’s license are still protected, but your name & address may not be.

Tribune Editorial: Why revealing voters’ home addresses could spell trouble
Yet another blow against Utahns’ right to vote emerged from the recent session of the state Legislature. It’s called SB153 and it ends, for no good reason, a provision that some 300,000 Utah voters had taken advantage of to have personal information on their voter registration records be kept confidential.

Governor Spencer Cox of Utah just signed in SB153 which will allow public voter information to be made public. This means if you were trying to keep who you voted for private you can’t any longer which makes this concerning for a lot of voters.
