Currently I'm still having to use sewing pins to pierce the skin, which is why it keeps getting reinflamed and reinfected. But I need to release the pressure from the pus and blood in it if I want relief from the pain & hot cellulitis. I'd rather get some scalpels, I just don't know where from.

I think it’s worse. Various supplements have been sold since time immemorial, but most of them just do nothing but get excreted. (Altho some are indeed physically harmful). Start involving needles and scalpels and things get even more dangerous.
