JSTOR and Statewide California Electronic Library Consortium (SCELC) have signed a new agreement to offer Digital Stewardship Services to all SCELC member institutions.
Member libraries can receive two years of subsidized fees with support from SCELC and JSTOR.

Yes! I’d really like to see a consortial group like SCELC (here in SoCal) take the lead on something like this. I think it’s going to get worse before it gets better though.
