SCOTUS hands trump another gift by letting him finish building the ballroom. In a 5-4 decision the justices ruled that the National Trust for Historic Preservation doesn’t have standing. If they don’t then who does—trump’s Justice Dept who won’t sue him. This could lead to ending cases against him.

SCOTUS needs reform badly. Add justices. Term limits. Mandatory retirement. There are 13 Courts of Appeal. Choose the new justices from those courts and rotate between them every year at end of term. No party keeps an advantage for long. #SCOTUSReformNow

Codifying Roe, passing the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, and holding members of this administration criminally accountable are important goals, but none of it sticks without Supreme Court reform.
