The Illinois Dems have found a candidate in pretty much every district except for #SD41, a Harris+8 district home to Senate Minority Leader John Curran.

Illinois Senate Minority Leader John Curran represents #SD41 in the western suburbs of Chicago, which backed Harris by 8 last year. This makes him a plausible target to defeat next year.
He won uncontested in 2022, but only won his first bid for office in 2018 by two points.

#Iowa SD41 Democratic primary voter turnout increased 25% since my campaign in 2022. Add that to the fact that 4.5% of GOP primary voters skipped over Kerry Gruenhagen, but voted down ballot, I think Tom Wieck is going to be the next Senator in East-Central Iowa.
