Post #conference thoughts on #SDD26: a good venue makes it much easier to fully learn, think, process, analyse and challenge what I hear or want to say. It’s ok to not stan to a speaker’s line, and it’s good to be able to deconstruct biases because my brain isn’t already busy processing discomfort.

Had a blast at #SDD26 yesterday figuring out #ServiceDesign and the future with #AI with peers. Was particularly sweet to catch up with @jasonmesut.bsky.social and @canuxconf.bsky.social 's very own Cornelius.
