ろんさんの健康診断大丈夫だった😭😭😭
前回(9月末)にした健康診断でクレアチニンの数値が正常値を超えてるから腎臓がちょっと不安かもなので次もう少し詳しい検査しましょうって言われててザワザワしていたけれど、今回の血液検査ではクレアチニンの数値も正常でSDMA検査も問題なかった…よかった…
ちなみにろんさんはずっと「？？？」って顔して無抵抗で血を抜かれていた

最近の犬。
日によってばらつきはあれど、多飲多尿が数日続いて気になったので動物病院へ。
（本人はいたって元気だけれど）もしかして腎機能の弱い子なのかも…と懸念した通り、クレアチニンはOKだけど（2歳なのに）SDMAの数値が高いという結果に。
警戒しときましょ、と腎臓サポートのごはんに切り替えることにしました。
喜んで食べてるのでストレスはなさそう。
ごはんの切り替えで済んでよかった。
腎臓かも…と思ったときは、心臓がキュッとなりました。
なるべく喜びに満ちた生活をしようね。

Valentine's Weekend has been a blast so far, but not gonna lie, we're exhausted. 😆 Yesterday, went to eat at Pokez, then to the SDMA to see Alfredo Castañeda: Beyond Surrealism exhibit. Today, ran the Beer City half-marathon and shopped. Tomorrow to La Jolla for Kinokuniya and brunch. 😆 Love her. ❤️

The most interesting bit about this is probably the memory-system
Its double layered: on chip 32GB of HBM (prob. HBM2), and then off-chip 256 DDR5 per socket, and a SDMA engine for bulk transfer (novel arrangement?)
Not as a cache, the memory types are exposed as separate addresse regions

Al has lost weight so we checked kidneys & he's fine, just old (well, still has his other issues, but nothing new.)
Quincy is perfect.
Mimi remains fat, also vet thinks the hernia is still fine. Trying Prozac.
Billie... Kidney levels still elevated. SDMA in the 20s (normal under 14.)

今の腎臓病検査って腎臓の機能が50％くらいになった段階でSDMA値という数値に出てくるようになってる。
この段階で治療始めれば寿命まで生きられることが多いらしい。
昔の検査だと75％くらい駄目になってから検査に引っかかるらしくて、それだと1～2年くらい…。
医学の進歩ありがたい…。
ただ悪くなってもSDMAに出ないこともまれにあるらしく、年齢的に自宅で尿比重をチェックすることを勧められた。
SDMAの次に現れやすいのが尿比重らしい。
Amazonで買える２～3千円ので十分ですよ、ちょっと壊れやすいけど。
とのことなのでポチろ。
