I played the game thanks to my bf who loves SFIV, and I also tried SSFIV Arcade: it's nice seeing all past characters in the new graphics! I don't care about competitive play, so I like the unlockables because they motivate me to replay it, especially with so many match-up specific win quotes.

There was an earlier draft that was a lot more Cammy-centric, because I’ve actually mained her since SFIV (including in 6). I felt like the Chun-Li focus worked better for the piece as a whole, but I’m really, really upset about Cammy’s treatment.

Michael mcconnohie's entire performance as seth in sfiv ssfiv/usfiv and sfv is the main reason I love his voice acting so much
He could've taken a very strange looking nonbinary robot and made a mockery of them but NO, he voiced them with HEART AND COMPASSION

Last games have been Tekken 3 and SFIV for myself. I remember that you reallly needed to memorize movesets, so any modern update is way less pain than what I had to endure 🥲

The Dolls are game canon, and most of them are intended to be replacement bodies for Bison in the event that he dies, and considering that most of his replacement bodies are women, well, there's a lot of fan theory about Bison being an egg lol.

I'm coming in late, but this isn't the first time Capcom has done this. A similar project happened in SFIV with Arizonia homies and Capcom sent a similar letter, it was ignored for awhile until people started getting blacklisted from events and opportunities. The UFD guys folding was the smart move

Looks like the non-Netflix iOS and Android versions of Street Fighter IV just got silently delisted.
They were just a facsimile of the console/PC versions but still unfortunate that another version of SFIV is stuck on the seven seas now.

100% I hate when stuff like this happens. I run my local and had it happen a bunch of times to the point I just started overworking and trying to do everything myself (bad). I hope that it turns around today or you get it to kick off in the future! SFIV remix seems cool!

"Wind Dragon" Dustin Nguyen uses Fei-Long's SFIV theme, and until this year Vertvixen was using a version of Guile's theme, but i don't remember which. (Just to hit two Texas indy folks who both use Street Fighter songs)
