Now, raising prices for beer and spirits markedly, we found larger declines in alcohol use among these high-risk groups. And larger reductions in intake will lead to larger declines in health harms.

INGATLAH.COM – Bukan hanya patroli dan menjaga keamanan, polisi juga turun langsung membantu warga yang membutuhkan. Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Batu Hampar bersama Tim Jumat Berkah menyambangi tiga warga lanjut usia dan kurang mampu di Kelurahan Bantaian Hilir, Kecamatan Batu Hampar, Rokan Hilir, Jumat (4/9/2026). Kegiatan sosial tersebut berlangsung sejak pukul 09.30 WIB. Tiga warga yang menerima bantuan yakni Ibu Simah (82), Bapak Sabar (65), dan Bapak Iman (75). Bantuan diberikan langsung oleh Bhabinkamtibmas Sungai Sialang Aipda Teguh bersama Tim Jumat Berkah, Andri Wiyono dan Jannatun. Mereka mendatangi kediaman warga satu per satu untuk menyerahkan bantuan sekaligus menjalin komunikasi secara langsung.

It’s odd. Simah has the stylings of a fursuit, but also a sort of… ritual garb. He is so entrenched in the idea of altered states of mind, and letting go to let in, that he occupies a kind of middle space. A costume that is put on for conventions, but only with purpose and specific people.
