Trying a new Skyrim playthrough properly (still with mods) after years. Finally managed to get the game working again (I think).
Kept the mod list very light to hopefully prevent issues. We'll see how that goes.

The "time limit" in tbod was almost a dealbreaker but after looking up some things, i guess it's more like currency than a constantly running timer. which is nice.
i dont like being told i wont have time to do everything in a single run, but i didn't do everything in Skyrim in a single run even

Did you guys know that there are side quests on Skyrim? I've restarted and, instead of doing the main quest and quitting, I'm doing all the side stuff. Crazy.

You're going to get mixed messages, and I'm biased as it's one of my top games
But yes. If you enjoy Bethesda games for the systems, freedom, mods, and exploration it can be great. Playing like Skyrim or Fallout can dead end for some tho, so play like Oblivion--focus on quests & factions at first
