I guess in few months I’ll discover which dilator is SLXD sized. (I’m actually very much hoping they DON’T come this big)

Pro music tips: microphones, continued.

7. Not every mic is right for every person or every venue. I use a Shure SLXD wireless system, with a BETA 58 capsule. But I also have a BETA 87a capsule (condenser). Plenty of times, a vocal condenser mic is just not the right choice.

This is why you don’t use cheap mics. lol…. (And have a good audio engineer aka me) (countrymen B3 and shure slxd)

🎤 To our fellow musician friends, check out #Shure SLXD digital wireless for mics and instruments. It has been an absolute game changer because of how easy it is to scan and assign frequencies (especially in congested big cities), and has been our saviour on our touring this year with both

I don’t like the look of wireless headset mics. And I customized my SLXD

This is a big deal! The new Shure SLXD 4 channel receivers. Just add transmitters and you are good to go. Less space less hardware, did we mention a Dante version? Well, there is that too! bit.ly/4gfSDig
