Can this be extended to #POTUS47 and the vile #SOSrubio?😈🔨
Never have I seen a prez address to a joint session of Congress run like a game show. Everyone gets a prize, even a secret service badge for a kid! I want a condo at #TrumpPlazaOnTheGaza that occupies Trump's brain. HE also talks about #PanamaCanal & #SOSRubio looks at him like, "Right, buddy."

Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons in 1992 in exchange for security guarantees from the US, UK, and Russia through the Budapest Memorandum. Obviously, Russia has reneged on those obligations. #SOSRubio, do America’s current actions toward Ukraine meet our obligations under that agreement?
