I did some maths on energy costs for my Porsche Taycan 4S Cross Turismo vs my previous Audi SQ8. I used some round numbers on the SQ8 as it was wildly variable, especially during the winter, just like the Taycan. Overall I spent about $0.03/mile on the Taycan vs an est. $0.18/mile with the SQ8.

I’ve now owned my Taycan for almost a year and so close to 7,000 miles. It’s my first EV after owning lots of V8 Audis since 2007. I bought it totally on a whim after a test drive while my previous SQ8 was in for service. AMA.

I think part of what makes the LM002 fascinating is that it's 1, rare, and 2, uncivilized and unusual for a luxury carmaker of the era to make. the Urus is just a crossover that goes fast - same as the Bentayga and SQ8 (literally) and spiritually the same as the Purosangue, the DBX, the Cullinan,

Not enough ire gets directed towards Audi's naming scheme. Weird lower-case words everywhere: allstreet, allroad, performance, e-tron. Is the S or RS part of the word (SQ8) or not (S e-tron GT)? Also, how are we ignoring this nonsense this time so the capitalization adheres to an actual style guide?
