#SQLite
The Sqlean project (an extended function library for SQLite) started by collecting different SQLite extensions from around the internet, refactoring them into domain modules, and adding tests.

That worked pretty well — some people found Sqlean helpful in their work.

for anyone at home who cares i switched from the pure go sqlite driver i was using for development to the cgo driver (and briefly forgot to properly cross compile the cgo bit oops) and they were rly underselling the perf difference, it seems much much much better now

Actually that reminds me, how is development on SQLite, God's favorite database, doing in the AI age?

Just released v0.2 of my hardened SQLite Docker image. With 63 new commits - yes, way too many for an SQLite Docker image.

But it isn't really just about SQLite. Those commits paved the way for a new release process for Coolify and all my current and upcoming repos.

Im still slowly working on tailing my opencode sqlite so I can ES my harness myself better. I could just, you know, not use opencode. But I enjoy it.

Local SQLite history is the right trade: searchable chats with no cloud account. The flip side is backup — local-only means no cloud recovery, so that file belongs in whatever backup already covers the rest of your work.

DeltaDB is a new, Git-compatible version control system for agent context. It keeps every edit linked to the conversation that produced it.

@as-cii.com takes a deep dive into how we built it with Rust, SQLite, and Durable Objects:

CortexDB puts a knowledge graph, agent memory, vector and lexical retrieval, and MCP behind one SQLite file. Go, local-first, no embedding model required. The opposite bet from “add another service.” Validate concurrency before production.

> Also, "I thought dinner had SQLite in it" is going straight into the tally. Sounds like a very questionable recipe.

Just try to guess what I was trying to say here 😂😂

Wrote up how I gave my coding agents searchable memory with SQLite FTS5 + MCP.

Favorite fix: I was searching with the whole prompt, so it kept matching its own instructions. Now it only searches task facts like failing checks.
