Me then: I probably don't need SS86 Optimus Prime, I have enough Primes.
Me now: so... that was bullshit.

SS86 Nemesis Prime KO in the house! I was impressed with the Magnus, so thought I'd triple dip.

Iron General KO of SS86 Nemesis Prime. Good fun, head somehow looks small with this colourway.
Would have preferred teal stripes on the torso.

MTMTE Collection Scourge
G1 Scourge is one of my favourite #Transformers designs of all time. That whole new 86 Decepticon trio are all tome greats but something about Scourge really sets me off. So I didn't need much of an excuse to buy another of the SS86 mould (my sixth).

Also been tinkering a bit with Devy's new parts
I usually don't give two fucks about afterthoughty base/weapon emplacement modes, but Longhaul's trailer SHOULD have gotten SOMETHING else to do, y'know?
Well, here's the SS86 Constructicons' new what-the-fuck emplacement

Whenever I talk to other collectors most only want to talk about how accurate a figure is, or how much they cost, but I don’t care about how close SS86 Megatron Looks to the cartoon. His legs beautifully fold out into tank treads in such an efficient and satisfying way! It’s so cool!

I completely agree ss86 devastator is amazing and I also think aotp superion is absolutely amazing just on his own, I'm a little biased as I love the Ariel bots but still, it feels amazing, I considered potp predaking, I've heard he can be a lot of fun even if a little old

KO SS86 Thundercracker - crikey, it's good. Only a lack of Decepticon badges away from being as good as (or better) official Hasbro product. Skywarp and Starscream will now follow.

SS86 Devastator is pretty fantastic, imo!
AOTP Superion is okay, but only really shines with an upgrade kit.
POTP Predaking is.. ok. He's solid, but not as polished as the newer combiners.
I don't have Legacy Menasor (Motormaster), but I've heard he's pretty good, but shines with an upgrade kit.

So far, I've only found one person who's thought of a base mode for Longhaul's trailer, and it works pretty well for what it is
I've been using it since I found it
Credit for the original idea goes to Knightscream's Reviews over on YT, I've simply modified it a bit

Much as I don't care for the toon over toy Aesthetic in modern TFs, finally opening SS86 Shockwave has actually made me quite happy just now. Because a funny purple guy that becomes a cool spaceship that's also a gun in a few easy and satisfying steps is peak toy.
