My local market has been carrying those OceanBomb drinks with the chibi Dragonball art on the cans this summer, and I grabbed the white grape one today because it has SSJ3 Goku on it and I enjoy grape flavored things.
It's tasty. Can will be rinsed out and added to the lineup.

Also, kind of ironic that I'm advocating for this since I've hated on SSJ3 for a long time.
Then again, that mainly comes with my writing issues with the form for Goku, not Gotenks or Vegeta.

Anyway, like in the anime, Vegeta puts up a better fight, though he's still not dominating even this suppressed Beerus, unlike in the movie.
In the end, Beerus is unfazed and smacks Vegeta out of SSJ3 before telling him he put up a better fight than Goku.

The idea behind that mix is to show Vegeta struggling between his fear of Beerus and his love for his wife, while not having the slap be over the top or making Beerus look villainous.
The other difference is that I'd give Vegeta SSJ3, which makes the rage boost less absurd.

The Gotenks fight starts off with him in SSJ, with their banter being similar to Super’s.
The other change I’m making, though, is that when Beerus starts smacking Gotenks on the arm, Gotenks actually gets mad about that. He powers up to SSJ2 and SSJ3 before biting Beerus' arm.

I'd also base the structure of the SSJ3 part of this fight more on the anime's (just better animated) for two reasons:
1. Goku getting cocky against Beerus was dumb as hell
2. The anime's hint (unintentional or not) of Ultra Instinct was really cool

all digital makes the hair easy to redo, which is probably why the SSJ3 version came out clean. do you block in flat color first or paint straight in?

redrawing the hair until it feels right is the SSJ3 tax. did you go digital or traditional on this one?

Finally got the sub-rule battle trophy on Dragon Ball: Gekishin Squadra.
Now I'm all set to clinch the platinum before the reformatting, and it's going to be a well deserved one.
