As much as I’m not a fan of Musk, you’re not entirely correct. Starlink was build by SpaceX from the ground up. It’s true that SpaceX acquired a stake in SSTL, but that was handed off later on. SpaceX itself was founded by Musk in 2002. Elon is an asshole, but let’s stick to the facts.

Question for friends who have done DDR4 SODIMMs on Xilinx US+ FFVB676 parts.
Due to SSTL and POD needing different `Vref`s, but being mixed in the same IO banks, I assume using the `Vref` scan machinery for those specific byte groups is the way to go?
Otherwise I'm turbofucked...

Well, 20 years in December this year yes, and would be nice to mention ESA here as we tested and launched GIOVE-A together with SSTL and the copyright of that image is myself :)
