9 games that have shaped me. Unlike my anime post, all of these are from my childhood.
Also, compared to the anime version, it was way harder to choose just nine games. The "only from my childhood" rule I set cut the list in half, and even then, there's a bunch I left out here.

Here's my 9 games, I considered trying to put only one final fantasy but if I'm being honest I shoulda put even more than just 2 x3 Zidane gave me my life quote "You don't need a reason to help people."

Infamous 2 is also a top fave, but Second Son's Neon power had me shook lol.
MHW and Destiny 1 (and 2) has a lot of hours in them.
Skyrim is Skyrim.
Rayman 3, Spider-Man 2 and SSX Tricky are childhood favs.
Black ops 2 was peak.
aaand Alien: Isolation took me 10 years to (not be scared) finish 😭🙏

Like, sure, I can't ever be 10 again, but playing SSX games on a PS2 emulator with 3x upscaling and an HD texture pack, along with my original save sure does make me feel like a kid again.

If you’re like me and played any modern racing games you’d know ‘em from Midnight Club LA, Forza Horizon 3, and Need for Speed, maybe from SSX 2012 if you played that. But having listened to a few of their tracks today after not having played them for years, they’re pieces of artistry in audio form.
