If I'm super-busy with work and need to check out while I make dinner for the DH, I go to beef strog or a bolognese. Just easy to let my mind do white nose for a while and get a good dinner out of it.

I'm not sure I would recommend either TBH - the strog tasted very nostalgic, that beef-stock-and-tomato-paste flavour, and the sort of consistency I associate with 1980s mass catering (a lot of flour thickened sauce with a few cubes of meat). Wanted a lot of white rice to complete the effect.
