A1: What needs to change in #SocWorkEd? First step would be for all schools of social work to assign the #FuturesTaskForce document to all students and faculty. Let's crowdsource feedback. That would be good use of tech :-) #SWFutures

A1: One of the unknown futures is the role of social work leadership. I think that if #SocWorkEd dedicated the #DSW to leadership degrees (take back from MBAs) we'd have doctoral-level leaders in all domains. #SWFutures

A2: I'm biased because I was part of the #FuturesTaskForce, but I think that leadership and tech are excellent axes to think about #SWFutures. Both will have serious impact on the future of the profession, are modifiable (within our control), and are unknown variables.

A2: Technology is a tool. It reflects our biases. Given that premise, #socialwork has an ethical obligation to double down on efforts to address bias within the profession so that when we are co-creating the tech and leadership future we are doing right by society #SWFutures
