This is a fantastic lager. I used an enormous amount of Saaz hop and let it lager for 6 weeks. Beautiful flavor. I pressure ferment all of my beer.

I'm glad I brewed this 10°P polotmavý at just 4.2% ABV. Perfect beer on a warm Friday evening. Looks a bit hazy, but that's just chill haze. Lots of late Saaz hops, which combined with the malt adds somewhat of a strawberry flavour. Very refreshing.

I'm glad I brewed this 10°P polotmavý at just 4.2% ABV. Perfect beer on a warm Friday evening. Looks a bit hazy, but that's just chill haze. Lots of late Saaz hops, which combined with the malt adds somewhat of a strawberry flavour. Very refreshing.
