I think it's funny that the Marvel Family, Black Adam and Sabbac each receive the assorted powers of several deities or archdevils while Ibac gets the combined assholery of four dead assholes.

They couldn't even stay on-brand enough to reveal "Sabbac" is supposed to be an acronym, granting those who chant it the powers of Satan, Aym, Belial, Beelzebub, Asmodeus and Crateis.

Amei esse jogo, história não me empolgou muito mas o arco final foi muito bom e as mecânicas de exploração do jogo é muito divertida; Caçar os tesouros, explorar lugares, jogar sabbac de Kessel é muito legal. Vou comprar mídia fisica dele quando puder.

I read them for the first time a couple years ago - a lot of fun but very bizarre! My biggest impression was that L. Neil Smith was very proud of creating a ruleset for Sabbac and opened all three books with a game (with enough details that I was able to work a magic version of it into DND)

Before anyone asks, we got this lovely set from Hyperspace Props. These are their 3D printed shift tokens, but they have metal versions. They also have the proper chips, but we just use plain poker chips.

I dont know how 40 something year old me understands those rules. I too played Deciphers SW CCG, mostly a sabbac deck, as well as their Star Trek CCG

I was trying to play Outlaws a few weeks ago, but I got bored with it and dropped it. It's not the worst game, but it just couldn't hold my interest. (Sabbac was awesome though. I'd play that all the time if it was its own game.)

Things I Hate: Ishmael Gregor/Sabbac (DCEU)
Sabbac is the main villain of the DCEU film Black Adam, and overall he works well enough as an antagonist. Still, compared to villains like Ares or General Zod, he does not leave quite the same impression, even though on paper he should theoretically rank among the most terrifying enemies pulled from DC Comics lore.
