Experiments with the ShopBot CNC at TMU’s ReLab.

Kind of neat to watch a 1/16” end mill work its way across an 8’ by 4’ CNC into 4mm plywood.

Got to visit the pinball repair store in Burnaby, BC today. “John’s Jukes” (because they all repair and sell jukes boxes) is a very cool place.

John sells all kinds of parts that I think would be useful for my YorkU students’ pinball projects. Including this catalogue!

It’s so windy at Banff Sunshine that the entire mountain is closed. But with 15-25cm of snow expected today, tomorrow should be incredible. Fingers crossed the mountain stays closed all day. #SabbaticalLife
