If Ust-Luga goes down, European Russia is basically devoid of major oil exporting ports, with the partial exception of Murmansk in the Arctic.

Ukrainian drones may soon turn up there - and possibly also at Sabetta port on the distant Yamal Peninsula, a key LNG export hub.

Die Anlage befindet sich in Sabetta im Nordosten der Yamal-Halbinsel direkt an der Mündung des Flusses Ob in das Nordpolarmeer. Es ist von der Ukrainischen Grenze knapp 3‘000 km entfernt.

Resurgam hat dazu vor einigen Tagen eine interessante Analyse / Szenario verfasst.
