Sad Caterpillar
The one that cracked me open. I didn’t know what I was painting—just that something needed to come out. This was my becoming. This was the beginning.

A complex abstract painting with heavy use of white, black, gray, and flashes of neon green, pink, and purple. The canvas is layered with circles, arcs, splatters, and opaque blocks, creating tension between movement and structure. Despite the energy, a deep melancholy radiates beneath the surface—as if something is trying to break free. The feeling is one of unraveling, vulnerability, and transformation.
