On day1 of my MadVent Calendar heating playing up & couldn't repressurise boiler. Then a leak through my 👵 kitchen ceiling. No CH/HW just a bar fire in her bedroom. So goddamm stressed. 🤯😵💫😱

I can’t take stimulants and even Strattera doesn’t agree with me so I don’t really have anything I can rely on to manage executive dysfunction.
Somebody here talked about their pill stacker as a “sadvent calendar” and that’s funny enough to motivate me to take my meds some but not all days.

Thanks to this prompting, I just made a sadvent calendar for myself. I’ll never think of it as anything else now.

i'm already in my 30s and there is so much stuff i want to do that i never had the opportunity or means to in my younger days.
