While Safeway was selling their previously $3 factory farmed eggs for $12/dozen, the free range cage free organic fed eggs at the fancy place were still $5.50. And safeway's prices only came back down to around $7. It's confusing that the places that are "supposed to be" cheap had the biggest hikes.
