Staff reported planting over 10,000 native plants (about 95% survival at year‑2 monitoring), new gating and a treatment wetland, continuous water‑quality monitoring (about 2.6 million data points), and early detections of the endangered Tidewater Goby in restored lagoon habitat; staff proposed small inlet and gate hardware fixes to reduce sediment and prevent unintended gate movement.
