A Rakdos Lurrus deck starring Urzas saga+skullclamp and Inti. Never put Lurrus in hand, got the marionette apprentice literally p1p15 and won a few games with it and bombardment An abzan enchantress deck finishing with parallax wave combo. Splashing one red card in goblin bombardment, had to have a few ways to sac academy rector. Won games with infinite saproling burst+bombardment and infinite triskelion off of parallax wave combo. Pernicious deed kept me alive a lot A 4 colour Lotus/two wheels/feldons cane/a lot of mid green creatures in this only alpha to ice age powered cube, in the match I lost drew like 4x the cards of my opponent but most of my cards didn't do anything. Won games off hurricane and pumping a folk of the pines with 14 mana Mono white in this 2015 nostalgia cube, thought I was Orzhov for most of the draft, turned out I was sitting in between two heavy black Orzhov drafters and I ended up with only 3 black cards so cut them for mana quality, this should definitely have a stoneforge mystic in it if I had stopped taking black cards earlier. Topend of wurmcoil/avacyn/batterskull were all very good, Myrsmith did surprisingly well.

I have a deck called Big Crab Turn Sideways which has a lot of excellent cards that turn a bad deck into a passable one, Saproling Shotgun which is a Slimefoot battlecruiser-y deck, and I Wish I Was Good At Math which is Gruul spellslinging.

Idk, I’m still confused about the flavor of this card. I don’t get why they used a deep sea creature to generate forest lands, or why the lands use the Tentacle token creature type. Obviously, as an old head, I feel like these should have been Thallids and Saprolings.

This is very strong. Most of the best hate pieces are enchantments, and grabbing a Rest in Peace, High Noon, or Sheltered by Ghosts could just smash some matchups.

Then, you look at mono green, where this can load a land into the graveyard and fetch a Saproling Nursery...

Baru got his first win last night. A Toxic Deluge ran face first into Khalni Heart Expedition which saved my team and let me build up an army of Night Soil Saprolings. A few turns later original Garruk cast Overrun and Baru chipped in a few extra points of damage.
