BTW, if you ever listen to the Armstrong-Lenya duet on Mack the Knife, recorded the same day as Satchmo's single (and the Lenya shoutout seems to have been his idea, good for him), it's extremely well meaning, and they're clearly having a good time together, but Lotte. Cannot. Swing.

I didn't .. Satchmo's was my go-to when in SoT as I lived in Nottingham at the time. I recall Afrika Bambaataa being booked .. but it was all over by then for the club.
