#Saturdaycinema The beautiful Central Cinema, Hobson Street, Cambridge by local architect George P. Banyard opened in 1930 replacing a smaller one from 1921. Despite chages in ownership & a fire it operated till 1972 when it became a bingo hall. Sadly demolition now on the cards

#SaturdayCinema is Deadpool & Wolverine. This is a pleasant little comedy; a buddy film that borders on... rom-com? Perhaps 😉

For #SaturdayCinema we watched Silverado, a good old fashioned Western filmed entirely in New Mexico. This is leaving Netflix on April 30, so if you're looking for a bunch of gunfights and gorgeous scenery, check it out. I actually went to college with the deputy who gets his hand shot 😉 1/2

#saturdaycinema: Conclave, what else? This is my 2nd viewing, and no spoilers here, but wouldn't it be wild to end up with the ending of the film? Yes, wild and amazing 😉

Most Saturday mornings, I listen to #SaturdayCinema at least for a while. Today is movie comedies and Lynne Warfel just played "You're the Top"—but I can only think of Little Ritchie singing it on The Dick Van Dyke Show.

"You're the Mommy Lisa..." 😅😒😑
