Our #SaturdayShowoff is two for one this week - and as it's the Queens Road 125 garage open day today, it had to be these two that were housed in QS garage in their working lives. It's not too late to see and ride on them this weekend - we plan to have 3629 in service tomorrow.

How did the driver on this week's #SaturdayShowoff take the fares? Answer - they didn't, this 43-seat bus always had a conductor. It's a very unusual design, and Manchester only bought two of this style. If you want to see it close up, you can find visiting details at motgm.uk

This weekend is our 'Transport for All' event, for people of all abilities to enjoy our museum. There'll be BSL interpreters and a modern Bee Network bus to help try out. On our heritage free bus service we'll use 612, one of our newer buses, as access is easier than our older ones. #SaturdayShowoff
