Regulators have to step in. You cannot put CNN and CBS News under one roof without breaking the spine of broadcast news. We already lost 40% of film output after the Disney-Fox deal. Doing this again during a theatrical crisis is malpractice. 🎬🚫 #Antitrust #DOJ #SaveCinema
