I’m also not going to boycott YouTube simply because boycotting isn’t always the best answer and there are other ways to hold media companies accountable for capitulating to fascism but this outrages me on a similar level of the silencing of Jimmy Kimmel not too long ago. #IloveYoutube #SaveYoutube

While I’m also outraged by them bending over to Trump, I’m personally not going to go boycott because boycotting can also have negative consequences and its harder to find alternative media companies because of how suppressed they are as of unfortunately. 🤬💔

A message to the entire Internet

Let's be honest here, this war isn't the world vs India or Felix vs T Series, it's individual creators fighting against large faceless corporations, to prevent a day where they own the Internet, a day which seems to be getting closer and closer.

It's wrong that YouTube, a site made for individual creators is being taken over by large media houses with millions of dollars and hundreds of employees at their disposal. It's an insult to those people who have spent hundreds of hours of work and creativity into making their passion their profession, like PewDiePie, who went from making videos in asmallapartment in Sweden to become the largest YouTuber on the planet, and the thousands of others like him.

Keeping PewDiePie on #1 is a message, that YouTubel belongs to us, not to music labels, not to late night Lshow hosts and not to greedy corporations. YouTube belongs to us.

This is how to actually make a difference in the sub count Listen up bros: This is how a real change can be made, using T-Series' own strengths to our advantage. Unlike most of what's been done before, it isn't as flashy, but it WILL work.
The key IS really one of the things that behind the massive growth of T-Series: the sudden explosion of new people from India who now have reliable internet. A recent failure of mine in my own endeavors helped me realize how important this is. I run an art community and was trying to advertise it via the Facebook Audience Network. I recently mistakenly mistargeted the ad towards "Worldwide ages 13-39" but forgot to save the other parameters. Facebook tried to fulfill my low bid using the whole world across Facebook and Instagram and all the different apps that use the Facebook ad network. Now, what do you do when you're an advertising algorithm trying to fulfill an order to reach the lowest bid with only the parameters "Worldwide ages 13-39"? You find the readiest source of people who haven't been specifically targeted. What's that source? Indians! I got a ton of views and likes for only pennies Low price ads are easy to do in India because of such a huge population and because marketers aren't competitively bidding over them quite yet in this newly chunk of the Internet. This is.what T-Series is doing to get their content and word out. It's insanely cheap, and they're throwing a lot of money into it and getting much of that back in ad revenue. How do we use this? Come up with the right creative and do a little bit of catering and you have the newest audience for your content. That's how the 100M can be hit. It's a numbers game. Indians are very much coming into the Internet in a video-focused way; It won't be too difficult to shift them from one platform to another if it's presented as a video, which is one of the things that hard to overcome in Western advertising (where the bombardment of ads makes it difficult to convert bele…

While I’m not against alternatives, I can’t just boycott YouTube solely because its a brand that I love but I wholeheartedly agree that we should sue them and do similar thing to call their affiliates because I really hate how media companies are easily capitulating to a autocrat!! 🤔☠️🤬 #SaveYoutube
