So I made that viral " #bagel" recipe floating around this past week (I found out that they are actually called Byalis bc they aren't boiled). Well I can confirm that the recipe works cause look at how well mine turned out! (And they are so tasty too!)

Photo of 4 lumps of dough shaped as bagel on a blue chopping board. The dough is made with 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of greek yogurt, 2 tsp of baking powder and 1 and 1/2 tsp of salt. Combine all the ingredient in a bowl. The must be wet and sticky, then transfer onto a flour dusted surface quicky kneed (do not overwork it) into a ball. Then cut the ball into four portions and shape as a bagel (made a ball then push your thumb through to make a hole and shape) Photo of the bagel on a parchment lined baking sheet with egg wash and sesame seeds. #Scarletkitchen Another day, another brain child. This time I can up with a "Sorbet Coco" (Caribbean coconut gelato) flavour. I topped it with pineapple which made the spices pop even more. That flavour was like a sun and beach filled kiss on the skin. Another success 😌
