SSRC executive director Claire Galakowski asked the Select Board to sign an intermunicipal agreement to create a permanent household hazardous-waste depot in Hanover that would replace pop-up events. She warned of near-term per-town fixed-cost increases (~$2,400) and said the IMA needs all 12 town signatures before bids are awarded.
