It's a UK organisation but it's in a alliance with scotrail and transport Scotland here. The east coast and west coast lines decisions largely are made under 'UK auspices ' but lines fully in scotlsnd are all transport Scotland with network rail working to their scopes.

I've signed this open Letter to Scottish Political Parties regarding attacks on our LGBT+ community.
I see you’ve make a claim that the EU “would” be pragmatic which is not in my post.
My point was the EU has been pragmatic before and given that a referendum and any possible subsequent rUK/Scotlsnd deal is likely decades always i’m not convinced by the idea they’ll never ever be.
