Just home after completing the North Coast 500. In particular, the northwest coast is stunning.
This sunset is taken from my pitch at Scourie. Life rarely gets better. Nice to be away from the news. Didn't even know there was a new Pope til 3 days later

19th September 2021, had a few days at the Eddrachilles Hotel near Scourie whilst also visiting my friends in Durness.
Has lots of great reviews.
Would like to mention that the ground floor rooms are not soundproofed in such an old building.
Anyway this is a photo from their garden.

For me Scotland is deeply infused with the energies of elemental water. The quality of light and its meeting with water in the landscape is quite breathtaking. The Elementals are vividly present in certain locations where the veil is thin.
