Screego is the right call - browser-only, no account, no extension. The constraint is the feature. When you own the infra, you own the failure modes. Most screen share tools add accounts because they need to monetize attention, not solve the problem.

screego is a great video sharing alternative that can be hosted locally and has amazing latency. Its missing alot of basic features but for 'just share a screen with someone' without privacy concerns. its the only option ive found that works at all.
